USA - GREEN CARD - EB5 - INVESTMENT AMOUNT TO INCREASE FROM SEPTEMBER 2016
On Dec. 15, 2015, one day prior to the expiration of the EB-5 program, the USA Green card - EB5 Investment program amount which was to be increased from September 2015 has been extended till 30th September 2016.
This extension is towards increasing the minimum investment from USD 500,000 presently to USD 800,000 which will come into effect from 30th September 2016.
We along with our Attorney in US will be happy to provide and guide all our applicants in preparing an I-526 application towards processing an application for an EB-5 Program.
The current EB-5 Program allows an eligible applicant to lodge an EB-5 Green card visa application with the minimum investment of USD 500,000 which must be lodged before the Congress amends the new legislation with the Program before 30th September 2016 on the existing minimum investment amount of USD 500,000
We are in the process of preparing EB-5 applications for client to file their I-526 petition before the limited deadline. Interested applicants shall take our assistance to follow towards preparing an EB-5 application for the client and the family members to have their petition approved.
We have been advised that applications are on rise towards lodgment for an EB5 Green card visa to USA. Legislation has been proposed which would see applications towards EB5 investment amounts increase after extension has been provided. The new investment amount will apply to all I-526 applications filed with USCIS after 30th September 2016.
To process EB5 application under $500,000 we invite applicants to process their application under the existing $500,000 and choose the right program that is recommended towards submitting an application towards lodgment at the earliest.
