Services

Bilimoria & Associate provides Immigration Consultancy to professionals, who have good qualification and relevant work experience to qualify and enjoy high standard of living in the respective countries that we deal on the following occupations, find below with complete description.

The Immigration and Multiculturalism keeps updating the list of occupations in demand. Skilled worker applicants for permanent residency must show evidence of at least one year's experience under one or more of the following National Occupational Classification categories. If an applicant has the experience in an occupation on the list enclosed, the applicant needs to provide evidence, find below the list of occupations.

These Skills in Demand Lists are based on the most recent publicly available labour market intelligence undertaken by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations. Methodological information is provided in the Explanatory Notes. The Skills in Demand Lists are provided on a State/Territory basis and cover Trades, Professions and Information and Communication Technology skills.

Shortages are described as being State-wide, regional or metropolitan. The lists also identify recruitment difficulties in situations where ‘skill shortages’ are not evident, but where some employers have experienced recruitment problems. The lists incorporate information on specialisations in demand. For some occupations shortages are restricted to specialist skills.

Clients who are eligible to apply for permanent residence under the Skilled Worker Program should lodge their application if found eligible by Bilimoria & Associate or the client may not qualify, if they wait too long, because the Action Plan for Faster Immigration that was announced lately. The Immigration department has announced the Priority Occupation List in order to fast-track the skilled worker applications so that those who worked in high-demand occupations would be able to come to the respective countries and begin working faster.

The Action Plan for Faster Immigration is designed to make immigration more responsive to the prospective economic conditions. The program is meant to benefit the country’s as much as the immigrants themselves. While it provides ample opportunity for skilled workers to come to the prospective country the program will be ever changing to best suit the needs of the country’s economy. Prospective clients should apply under Skilled Worker Program for permanent residence if found eligible, it is important that the client consider doing so sooner rather than later, as the occupation could be removed and replaced on the priority list. If this happens you may no longer qualify for immigration to the destination country you choose to apply.

Bilimoria & Associate are familiar with all categories and may suggest options for the best possible category for migration based on the personal & professional details provided by an applicant. The following professionals with appropriate qualification and work experience will qualify to lodge a successful application. We will guide you towards preparation of your application provided your occupation and job title is on the National Occupation Category List (NOC) for the respective countries that we deal with.

Please go through the following Job Titles which have been provided with the Sub-headings followed by the different Job Titles that can be taken into consideration on an occupation. Also we have enclosed the main duties that are performed on the job title. We have also enclosed the Employment Requirements which will help a client to understand the requirements of the job duties that is required in an employment.
