AUSTRALIA - ACT GOVERNMENT FEE INCREASE
The Australian Capital Territory (ACT) has increased their Govt. fee for the following subclasses:
Skilled - Sponsored subclass 886
• Introduction of fees for an application for nomination of a Skilled - Sponsored subclass 886 - $300 fee
Skilled- Sponsored subclass 176
• Increase of fees for an application for nomination of a Skilled - Sponsored subclass 176 - $300 fee
Business Skills - Increase of fees for an application for sponsorship of a Business Skills visa:
• ACT Government sponsorship of provisional business skills visas: (subclass 163 / 164): $600 fee
• ACT Government sponsorship of a permanent business skills visas: (subclass 892 / 132): $1050 fee
SKILLED AND BUSINESS MIGRATION (SBM) PROGRAM, (effective 1 October 2011)

• Introduction of fees for an application for certification of an Employer Nomination under the Regional Sponsored migration Scheme (RSMS):
• ACT Employers: $300 fee
• ACT Government Directorates / Agencies: $200 fee
