- EB-5 is currently the quickest way for net worth individuals to obtain US Green Card for the family. It was created to stimulate the US economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors.
- Investors need to invest only $850,000 per family in an eligible business that will create 10 jobs.
- Your spouse and unmarried children below the age of 21 can be included in your application towards obtaining Green card / Permanent Residence visa to United States.

- Your visa will be issued in your home country, and you must come to the US to claim your Green Card within six months of notice from the time you have been issued Permanent Residence visa.
TO KEEP THE GREEN CARD:
- The principal applicant and family members who have been added to your application must make the first entry towards obtaining the Green card.
- If the applicant is not able to stay in US after obtaining the Green card, we will guide you with the process of keeping it alive for four years.
