I am writing this note with the pride of being one of your longest serving clients sir. I had been visiting your office from 2016. That time we wanted to just give it a try, but our language scores didn’t support us and hence we dropped the plan.
Then I had the privilege of meeting few friends and somewhere I felt that I should apply again with you, but it took two years for us to take that decision.
I will still never forget the way you explained to me the importance of IELTS exam in our first meeting. The phrase used by you was “if immigration is the human body, IELTS is the heart of it”. I took your words serious and gave my 100 % to that exam. I could get the score of 8.5/9, only because of you explaining the importance of it and the preparation I took based on your guidance.
If anyone wants to know how to plan things meticulously, I think they should visit your office. Right from the way you welcome your clients by making us write our names and begin the documentation process to the way you close the file with the visa xerox copy proves the way how organized your whole team works. Hats off to your whole team from the way Senior Sir picks up my early morning panic calls to Gomathi Mam telling let’s wait till Mr. Neville responds. These words will always be held in my heart. I am sure it was not an easy task to put up with a super tensed client like me who always used to bother you by calling, mailing and asking million doubts, but the way you have dealt it with patience and confidence is simply mind-blowing sir. My husband gives you special appreciation for this.
If one person who was extremely confident about our application was Mr. Sivakumar, my husband who always used to tell me we will get it because we are moving with Bilimoria & Associate, they would have handled a variety of cases and they know how to pull us through the difficult of situations. True to his words, we had our ITA on 25th November 2018, but our COPR came after a long wait on 10th February 2020.
I will still remember that Feb 10th 2020 because I was shocked on receiving that e mail suddenly. I did not call sir or reply to his e mail. I called him the next day to find out what is the next process and he was thinking that I did not read the e mail as I did not reply to it.
For your future clients, I have just one thing to say, be confident your application is in the hands of a person who has a very good success rate. Just give him trust and time. He knows how to get the visa for you.
Once you submit the applications it’s up to the government to process it. The deadlines are all minimum timelines, maximum it can vary based on each case, this was my learning in this whole immigration process. As Neville sir says everything will happen in its right time. Give your best and God will do the rest.
My sincere and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Neville Bilimoria and his whole team for helping us secure the visa successfully.
PS: Your everlasting clients
Dear Mr Bilimoria
Hope you are doing well! This is an email that I should have sent out 1 year back and I have no excuses for not doing so. I also wanted to mail you with updates on the job front so you can fully be aware how well we have settled but still I apologies for such a delay. In short, we have many reasons to believe you were God sent and you turned around our dull hopeless life into a confident vibrant one. You have sent us to a country which has given us a 2nd chance to rebuild our lives and strengthen the family bond of our small family of 3.
We often look up to and respect doctors, pilots, lawyers, engineers, architects etc when we approach them when the need arises. But from now on, another category of professionals needs to be included - immigration consultants (like you). We came to you in utter despair to fulfil our aspiration to settle down in CANADA….a dream which my husband and I had for several years and which stayed only as an unfulfilled dream until we met you in your office.
At this time and age when ‘immigration’ is usually synonymous to fraud and not abiding to law, here we saw HONESTY, ETHICS, KNOWLEDGE, and a wonderful HUMAN being in you. Your unmatched experience for over 20 yrs in dynamic field of immigration was very evident with the way you assessed our eligibility, so meticulously documented our voluminous documents as if it’s your own, excellent record keeping at your end at you were more updated on our status than us! And all of this without a single advertisement/publicity from your end. We approached you through word of mouth referred by a friend.
Mr Bilimoria, it is with your guidance that we have settled down in this beautiful country and a huge turn of a chapter for us. Actually to be honest, it’s here we have got the feel of living a life with umpteen career opportunities, inclusiveness in the society, opportunity to learn and appreciate diverse ethnicity, funded education and health care, recipient of government benefits and a reasonable cost of living. A country which has made us feel extremely welcomed with dignity and respect.
On a personal note, my husband is working in bank and works in an area of his interest, I took a good break and enjoyed settling down in our small home and now I found a job in a bank too and my son is enjoying childhood without pressure in a government funded school. I can’t being to express how much importance they give to children and a childhood beyond education.
My husband and I are sharing this heartfelt feedback to you Mr Bilimoria, after encountering many other immigration consultants with whom we were absolutely not happy to go with. You were GOD sent and we treasure the Ganesha idol you gifted us with your blessings.
Once again, Thank YOU for everything and we look forward to hosting you here in Canada and when we visit Chennai. We wish you abundance joy, happiness, health and prosperity always.
I was referred by a friend and we thought let us check with Bilimoria & Associate. The website was clean and convenient with relevant information. From my initial phone call to the initial email response everything was prompt, clear and organized. I didn’t give any other place or agency a second look.
My experience on the entire process in 3 words – Prompt – Clear and Organised. There were times when there would be roadblocks & delay in arranging paperwork or details and at times could be quite frustrating. Patience was a virtue hard to come by.
There were times when we doubted ourselves but there was this air of confidence that we got in our meeting with Neville and the emails / phone calls that were exchanged. We knew we would get it eventually. There was this calm confidence that Neville showed throughout that would keep our worries & undue enthusiasm in check.
Oh Boy! Oh Boy! Oh Boy! Still trying to recover but that feeling of elation and joy was unbelievable when we receive the good news that our visas are approved. Very courteous and prompt staffs at Bilimoria & Associate.
Our advise to new clients would be keep calm, listen to the advice, stay focused and organized and leave it to the expert.
We have started recommending B&A and a friend was already recommended while we were mid way through our own application and there will be many more from our side.
There’s a lot that needs to be done and it is not as easy as it seems. Its best to leave it to the hands of experts like Neville and let them guide new clients. Stay focused , organized and ensure you give it your best. As we were told this is a personal project and we have to ensure we follow it through to completion.
