STEP-BY-STEP PROCEDURE FOR LODGING AN APPLICATION THROUGH BILIMORIA & ASSOCIATE

Assessment - Before we start with preparation of an application we have the data assessed and also pre-approved before we can start preparing an application for lodgment. We have a qualified team of immigration experts and lawyers who are well versed with the Immigration rules; we are also well updated with the changes in rules which happen from time to time. 
Each data is assessed carefully based on the prevailing policy and pass mark and clients are advised on their possibilities of lodging an Immigration application.
We do our assessment purely on the basis of information provided by the applicant and the initial discussions that you have with us. Incase of any second opinion needed we have a strong backing of our panel of immigration lawyers, who will give us second opinion. Therefore, you could be rest assured that our opinion matching the opinion of the respective Case officer when we submit your application to the respective countries. 
Once your data is received by our office we assess and advise you if we can proceed in preparing your application and advise  you the right type of visa application that you will need to prepare towards lodging your application.
Document preparation - Once it is understood that the applicant will qualify and has the potential to qualify, we then prepare the application for lodgment with the respective High Commission, we would prepare your application on a detailed checklist that will be provided  by us to you based on the information you provide. Each checklist can vary from an applicant depending on the strength of the documents an applicant has.   We then advise you to prepare and obtain the supporting documents specifically for your case and will discuss on improving your application once the case is started with Bilimoria & Associate.
We would also chalk out samples of the documents that we require or ask you to furnish to complete your application. Once all documentation is in order we will proceed for lodgment of your application  for a successful outcome.
Registration requirement - There are different Professional bodies of some occupations that are responsible for the registering of all people who work in the respective country and we help you with the registration requirements with the registration body depending on your occupation.  Once the registration is completed with the above body based on the applicant’s occupation we will then proceed with the next step of lodging the application.
